Delivery and returns
Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders across the United Kingdom.
Our total estimated delivery window is 7–16 business days after order confirmation. This includes 1–4 business days for handling and processing, followed by 6–12 business days for transit after dispatch.
Orders ship to the UK from abroad — UK import VAT (20%) and a carrier handling fee may be collected by the carrier before delivery. These charges are not included in your checkout total. See Section 4 of our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been dispatched and scanned into the courier network, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number.
