Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that: all information provided is accurate and complete; you are authorised to use the payment method provided; you are of legal age to make purchases in the UK. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Shipping Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties. UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to a refund for faulty goods within 30 days, and repair or replacement for up to 6 years.

8. Limitation of Liability Evoreller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
