Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at support@evoreller.com if you need to make changes. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom. For enquiries about other destinations, contact us at support@evoreller.com.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–12 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–16 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to the UK is £11.00. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Items must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. No return shipment is required. View our full Return & Refund Policy.

How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@evoreller.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What items are non-refundable?
Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are non-refundable.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£).

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

UK Consumer Rights

Do I have the right to cancel my order?
Yes. Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Contact us at support@evoreller.com to exercise this right.

Am I protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015?
Yes. You have the right to a full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of receipt, and repair or replacement for up to 6 years from purchase.

Will I be charged VAT?
Where required by law, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.
