Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: 3 June 2026

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (change of mind) products within 30 days of delivery. No return shipment is required. Contact support@evoreller.com with your order number to request a refund for any reason.

1. Refund Eligibility You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or store credit. Items must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. No return shipment is required.

2. Return Procedure To request a refund, email support@evoreller.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We will respond within 24 business hours. You do not need to return the item.

3. Damaged Goods If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@evoreller.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs Evoreller covers all costs related to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. You will not be charged any return shipping fees. Standard shipping to the UK is £11.00, displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Processing Time Refund Processing Time: 10 business days. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@evoreller.com.

6. Restocking Fee Restocking Fee: None. Evoreller does not charge any restocking fees. All approved refunds are issued in full with no deductions.

7. Non-Refundable Items Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are non-refundable.

8. UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days, and repair or replacement for up to 6 years from purchase.

9. 14-Day Cancellation Right You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason. Contact support@evoreller.com within 14 days of delivery.
