Evoreller is an Australian-operated online business serving customers exclusively in the United Kingdom. Our business operations, administration, and customer support operations are based in Australia at 50 Radburn Rd, Hebersham NSW 2770, Australia, while product orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfilment and logistics partners for delivery to customers across the United Kingdom. All prices, checkout operations, and transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP, £).

How to Track Your Package

Once your order is processed, prepared, and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, a unique tracking number will be generated and sent to you automatically by email.

Step 1: Check Your Email — As soon as your package is handed over to the delivery carrier, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains your unique tracking number.

Step 2: Track Your Delivery Route — You can trace your parcel's progress using either method below:

  • Click the direct tracking link provided inside your shipping confirmation email.
  • Copy your tracking number, visit the official tracking portal of the designated carrier (such as DHL Tracking or the assigned tracked courier service), and enter your tracking code into their system.

Important Tracking Information

  • Activation Timeline: Please allow 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) for our handling and processing stage to complete. Tracking numbers will update and show active scan history once the independent courier network physically receives and scans the package at the dispatch hub.
  • Carrier Logistics: Depending on your location, item weight, and current delivery routing, orders are sent via tracked courier services, which may include DHL or another tracked delivery partner.
  • Estimated Window: Total delivery takes approximately 7 to 16 business days after order confirmation. If your tracking history does not update immediately, your package may still be awaiting its first courier scan or moving through the logistics network.
