SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Order Processing Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. All orders are processed within 1–4 business days of payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. For other destinations, contact support@evoreller.com.

3. Shipping Cost Shipping Cost: £11.00 GBP per order (standard shipping to the United Kingdom). This shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken. No hidden fees apply.

4. Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery once dispatched: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–16 business days from order placement

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

5. Couriers Orders are shipped via international courier services including DHL, FedEx, and Yun Express.

6. Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once dispatched. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update. Track your order at evoreller.com/pages/track-your-order.

7. Customs & Duties Orders within the UK are not subject to customs duties or import fees.

8. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@evoreller.com with your order number.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items Contact support@evoreller.com immediately with your order number and photos.

10. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Evoreller is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
