We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Returns are free for customers in the United Kingdom. To start a return, contact us at support@evoreller.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item back to our business return address in Australia.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving valid, trackable proof that the item has been sent back.
